Burger King in Oberhausen

We went to the drive-in this afternoon and it was very busy. Nevertheless, the staff was very nice, calm and focused. I've seen it differently elsewhere. The staff cannot help with the waiting time! Thumbs up for the staff! We received our order quickly after placing it!

A disaster!! The fact that the order did not arrive after waiting over 2 hours is a bad joke. If you call and ask, you are told that the food has just been delivered and that there are not enough drivers. 1. After more than 2 hours, I don't expect my food to be on the way, but already delivered !! 2. As a paying customer, I am not responsible for this or the consequences if there is not enough staff on site !! That is the restaurant's problem alone! 3. In over 2 hours of waiting you have already prepared a three-course menu! The term "Schnell Restaurant" is more than misplaced here! Pity..

Person on the phone very rude. Order overdue for over 30 minutes and still no sign of the supplier. If I couldn't give a star, I would.

Preferably no star at all ... the staff seems to be completely overwhelmed, even that you stand in the drive in for 50 minutes is almost outrageous ... in addition, there is a collected sorry and then something forgotten .... with all due consideration we were there we the last time

For the message from the employee it actually deserves 5 stars ..... After 20 minutes on the drive in but 2 cars had to be served, I wanted to go to the restaurant. There were too many in there, so I had to get out. The number of guests was not posted anywhere. I apologized and pointed out the waiting drive in. The excuse was: WE ARE TOTALLY overwhelmed. That is actually always the case there. The last orders usually took 15-20 minutes. Without our waiting time beforehand ... The number of cast should simply be reconsidered here.

There's a reason why Burger King employees don't work as rocket scientists ... The people there can't do the simplest tasks, my recommendation: never order more than one burger, so the "people" who work there will probably not be overwhelmed.

2 out of 7 items were not what we ordered. Otherwise the food was/tasted okay...

Almost 40 minutes in the drive! In front of us 3- behind us 4.5 approximately. Otherwise we would have run off of course. Completely normal at such times I was told when I asked what was going on.

I only had one coffee myself, but the service staff lived up to their name and was great ...

I was with my family the children were hungry for Citizen King it was full of car to order so my wife wanted to go in to order for the children faster there were 3 people in front of her she waited 45 minutes until her turn and it was cold

Shop is ok, seldom busy and has not had a cold meal so far. I know other shops there too

I'm going to a fast food restaurant. 5. in the line of cars .... wait 30 minutes and have built up so much anger that I can't get a bite out of it ... and cancel what I ordered. Would I have preferred to drive to the other side of the street ...

On Saturday, October 23rd, 2020 I ordered from the man with the strange hair (pimmelhaare) the order was completely wrong and also given too little money and pretended to be great and wanted to end work earlier, some of which have to be thrown away. Really unfriendly, never again.

One star is for the hard-working, friendly staff, which unfortunately was overwhelmed! We saw 3 employees, 1 trainee at the cash register, the other for the drive and the other in the kitchen ??? The shop was filling up more and more and it was very slow. French fries left a lot to be desired in terms of taste, the caramel shake was liquid like milk, so much to eat! The upper area was not cleaned, leaked cola under the table, among other things wet napkins ... Tables not wiped .... ?? We sat upstairs for over an hour, not seeing anything of the staff upstairs. As with only 3 employees. Toilets ??? absolutely not possible! NO DISINFECTANT, NO SOAP In one toilet no toilet paper, in the other not peeled off, the 3 went so well ... Not even cleaning control sheets were posted ..... In Corona time an absolute indictment for such a chain !!!!! I will definitely not go there again ... it's a shame ...

I was literally ignored by some of the staff because they were talking, thanks to the fact that I got a burger that looked like someone had been sitting on it ... I know it's fast food but it doesn't have to be !! I won't in the future disturb the conversations at this store !!

I was in the restaurant on 08/29/2020 at 6:52 pm. Orders were taken very quickly, but waiting 40 minutes in the restaurant for an order is absolutely impossible. The employee behind the counter was completely overwhelmed; in my opinion, the shift supervisor should have intervened much more quickly. My payback card was not recorded correctly (there was a 15-fold coupon campaign), this is not the first time that this has happened in this restaurant. I am very disappointed with the restaurant because I am served much faster at the restaurant across the street. For me there is no reason to visit Burger King again anytime soon.

Um, what was going on? Didn't feel like working? Took forever even though nothing was going on and then back and forth in slow motion. But the crowning glory is: COLA WITHOUT CARBONIC ACID AND WARM. When the excuse came that there was a technical problem. But why don't you say that the cola is piss warm. I was then fetched ice cubes from behind.

Burger King in general has gone extremely bad in the past 5-6 years. Everything was always very dirty and dirty. Mc Donalds did his homework really better. The food doesn't taste as good as at BK, but since everything always looks so dirty at BK, we are usually not hungry for Bk and end up at kebab, McDonalds or a real restaurant.

Waited for a long time today for once. I usually got there quickly. Food is always warm and tasty

A quiet place! I went here in morning approximately at 10.00 and I got fresh and hot burger which was super delicious.

Nice place for a quiet lunch..

Line literally took forever. My brother went to the bathroom and literally 10-15mins later I had only moved 1 spot. Not going here again thats for sure.

Went to eat today since the place was as good as empty maybe 10 people had to wait 10 minutes for our food. Tray wagons were overcrowded and even left at the table. None of the staff was able to get rid of the garbage. As it looks like above, I do not like to imagine. No more
